This web site is operated for the eCommons/Agora, a national not for profit Canadian corporation engaged in building public space online to support community development, civic engagement and cultural content creation.

We are an open source community, and share our source code. Once we have finished building our web platform and data model, we will make it available formally.

We respect content creators' rights. Copyright on signed articles rests with the authors, and they are strictly responsible for their views. You may use materials so long as you credit the author and the source, the Electronic Commons/ Agora Électronique (www.ecommons.net) - 2002. All graphics and templates are copyright the eCommons/Agora 2002.

If you object to anything on this site, or wish to comment, please contact us at ecadmin@ecommons.net.

We take every effort to make our work accessible to the widest number of Canadians. The eCommons/Agora encourages inquiries on our consulting services (free and for fee) from those civil society, community-based and citizen groups in Canada and elsewhere who would like to start similar projects.
